The problem therein lies with despair. Yes you should contribute to society! Now more than ever honestly. If we're only on boards bitching, we accomplish nothing. I'm super guilty of this, gotten way absorbed and it really tires the brain for me, just running idk. So I guess what I came here to say is, interact and find ways to be making a difference for yourself to not sell out and buy into the crazy business going on friends. That is all.

The discourse serves an important purpose and it’s not what most folks think. It’s not about planning out catharsis though ride things can happen- imo it’s about sense making which is important for establishing share virtues and truths. Then self improvement will cause family and community improvement which will improve the culture.
