One that stuck out for me was C3PO's leg being silver, but I'm also fairly color blind and don't have the best attention to detail anyhow.

One possibility I’ve considered is that perhaps this is a property of the multiverse or whatever and it’s always been this way and as a culture history we didn’t possess the technology to check/verify.
