I think it is pretty much over here in England, as far as most people are concerned.
Even in Wales, where masks are still mandatory, no-one bothered me in stores when I wasn't wearing one, although I was in the minority but not alone in not wearing one.
On the train into Wales, where they are also mandatory, maybe 1/3 of passengers were doing so.
But in England, it is maybe 10% of people I see - and 75% of them are over 60 - who still wear them.

Crowds. Literally crowds at the stadium as if Covid didn't happen in the first place.
