Underneath everything the few suggest to the many operates ones choice of want over need. For your example...one needs food; one does not need suggested food by others...one wants the convenience of suggested food of others; which in return causes "Big Food" controlled by the few who exploit the many with it.
Nature offers ALL to each ONE within, and each ONE has a choice; which represents a reaction to the balance within ALL. ONE "needs" to react to ALL; ONE is tempted to "want" to react to the suggestions of other ONEs.
Balance/choice represents need; choice/choice represents want. Need sustains life; want tempts towards death. To choose to want represents to choose to ignore need; which inspires others to exploit ignorance with suggestion of want (temptations).
Our problem isn't what others put into what we want from them; but that we want from them when we don't need to. Resist want; struggle for need.
I am not sure Big Food as the mastermind but just another sycophant to the wicked. They have a part in this too for sure.
Grow a garden, purchase fresh seasonal produce organic if possible. Make your own food. Minimize process junk and restaurants. Exercise and enjoy nature.
Totally agree that is why it is very hard for some people. Not to mention those that are physically challenged, poor soil, few resources to start out with, polluted areas, and more.
Container gardening can help, as could proper food preservation for winter, and co-ops are a good way for communities to bond. City life is increasingly hostile and dangerous.
Big Ag, Big Chem, Big Pharma, Big Food, Big Grocery...
It's all one big CORPORATION with one big government. The United States Corporation. Everything is totally captured and deceptively regulated by all the same criminals stumbling over each other for a piece of the pie.
The way it works is a company can go public, get listed on the stock market, and have a board of directors.
That board eventually becomes infiltrated by the US government, and regulated. The board can even kick out the founder/owner/CEO.
The stocks are controlled by investment firms and hedge funds, who can be contracted to "price fix" a company's value thru the stock market. They can increase or decrease a company's value using various tactics, and even "send a company into the ground". This is why the stock market exists, it is a tool for control.
Everything "trickles upwards" through mergers and acquisitions, eventually finding their way into the top Investment firms - Vanguard and Blackrock. They control almost everything from the top. That's how capitalism goes when you don't regulate it to benefit the public.
Mao came from Yale University and Pol Pot was a student from France that was sent to Cambodia to test run the most insidious way to cull large swathes of the population and traumatize the rest. These revolutionaries are NOT peasants and NOT hillbillies.
I wonder if whole Universities are programmed to do this one like the Mao and Pol Pot attacks.
No water contamination would be simplest and the most effective.
Not everybody eats the same food and it isn't sourced from the same places. Not until stupid XR and dumb fucking vegans come along. Then food will start being sourced from the same place, plant based, lab grown, completely processed and automated. At the minute it's impossible, so many distributors and sources. Let's suggest contamination occurs, a bad batch affects a lot because of the huge recall, but it hardly affects much of the population only a handful. Because as soon as a few get sick the product is recalled. Food contamination does occur but it hardly affects anybody when it does because there are so many products. Not until dumb XR wants to change that. Plant based lab grown will cause selective distribution, from far fewer sources creating the next moguls.
Yes there are chemicals and toxins in food already thinning the herd from their unhealthy diets. But it is not enough to contaminate the population with irreversible sickness. Even then it wouldn't affect everybody because so many grow and source their own food.
Water is the only way to potentially affect far more and in the larger statistics of a population.

Solution is simple and very hard for some people.

Remember...3 meals away from anarchy. Graze land is not given the poison death crops are grow on, if that makes you feel any better about beef.
Food chain is critical.

Well at very least they’re allied with pharma in the sense that they want to create a more favorable impression of GMOs
