The mayo clinic recommends 61 mcg of ivermectin per lbs for humans.
House dewormer recommends 91 mcg per lbs on the back of their box.
One dose no more than every 3 months for humans.

I believe that's the prophylactic dose recommendation. That's a what they are proscribing in Africa to healthy people.
Yes, that’s a prophylactic dose to be taken twice per week. If you’re suffering symptoms you should double that dosage and take daily.

For use to fight covid, ivermectin is required in higher than normal levels to be effective.
It's in a research paper somewhere. You can examine The FLCCC. It's on there somewhere.
They recommend one dose every 3 to 6 months so definitely won't need it again.

For more than a year, I have been told that Covid is either harmless or a hoax.
So, why would anyone take horse dewormer to treat a non-existent or harmless disease?
