IU was part of it as were these companies created by consultants (one Trump appointed to run Medicaid/Medicare) who started under Pence. Then once Covid hit they passed a law (Holcomb) HB 1002 that basically made it impossible to sue the state or these entities for fraud (diverting funds) resulting in lack of care/neglect of elderly. Oh, and before all this started (yet investigation was underway) Pence passed a law blocking any scrutiny of Marion Co Health and Hosp. with a broad provision of secrecy within the law.
