Geez, how about the "Postive Person" entry?

"a person who hast tested postive for COVID-19 or has been determined to have suspected COVID-19 by a physician or DPH, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE PERSON DISPLAYS COVID-19 SYMPTOMS;" (emphasis minne).

So we have to take doctors as being diviners now.
