It looks like approval for adults + extension of EUA for children.
It's an authorization plus EUA extension in the same document. The authorization is for 16 and up and the EUA is extended to children 12-15 plus some gaps filled in.

The 45 days? It happened. People keep thinking it's two weeks plus 30 days, but it was always 15 plus 30. These guys like symbolism. You don't need to believe what they believe in order to know they believe it. Always remember that.
What was 30 days? Are you saying there was a 15 + 30 day lockdown? In what city / state? There have been multiple lockdowns for various amounts of time in different places. No a consistent 45 days.
