Arizona still mostly free of masks, though some are wearing them by choice. Corporations here are still driving compliance on employees but leaving regular citizens alone, for now. Nowhere has signs up about masks or injections except for airports, which are at 99% compliance, but no one harasses me when I go there without. I think people here will resist.
I live in Hong Kong and the 10 Asian states near me are basically 100% compliance. It absolutely disturbs me that Japan is OBVIOUSLY being toyed with emergency state loops and nobody ever batted an eye.
