They already changed meaning of 2nd amendment by changing definition of word "regulated".

A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

In original text it was not sounding like "controlled" but rather like "disciplined" and "trained" !!!
