When the Judges of this Tribunal were actually ordering the Pharmas (or using them as fronts), then there is no tribunal. We need a new Judge for this.

If there is a Nuremburg 2.0 you will need some very big revolution that completely replaces the current worldwide status quo with one another, and I meant in a way how Chinese Monarchies rise and fall. Chinese Monarchies are organic prior to late-Qing Dynasty (where Colonialists started attacking) and when a Monarchy gets corrupt and is overthrown you will at least see some resemblances of order for a few hundred years.
