Unless there is a repeal of the "Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act" of 2005 (a bipartisan piece of legislation btw, Bernie Sanders voted for it) then this will go nowhere. Remington shouldn't have settled, it makes a bad precedent.
Really, I hate to be that guy, but I need a little more that that. What umbrella group does he own that controls the corp that bought out Remington (mostly for the name recognition)?
