Race is unimportant to the elite and those with power and control. White people's core ideologies and values and beliefs oppose the elite and the system so white people will be targeted. Nothing going on right now has anything to do with reducing crime.
As a theory, this one's got holes. For example, so what if the white increases - what if some minority segment becomes more violent due to Commie provocation? And more Commie DA's who refuse to prosecute crime, thus encouraging it? We have the one-two-three punches of BLM encouraging riots and Marxist DAs refusing to crack down on crime and socialist city councils refusing to deal with homelessness.
I think that's the hill some poor scientist died on even though he had plenty of data backing him. But I think the genetics IS different, and then add in bad nutrition during pregnancy, drinking and smoking while carrying ghetto fetus, and all the other factors, and it ends up subhuman.
