Race is unimportant to the elite and those with power and control. White people's core ideologies and values and beliefs oppose the elite and the system so white people will be targeted. Nothing going on right now has anything to do with reducing crime.

What is going on is a transition between Old World Individual Liberalism. Think Traditional 1800s American and New World Authoritarian. The Nazis and Communists were products of this transition but occurred at a much earlier date because both those cultures allowed for it. American culture is highly rooted in Individuality and Liberalism. It was founded on being against Authoritarian government. This made the transition much slower for America. After WWII and the defeat of the Nazis, American Culture became the dominant culture in western civilization. Essentially, the west has been living as ideologically conquered territories by the Americans.
What is going on is that there are existing pressures at play that always lead to authoritarian style governments. These pressures are the disparity between access to weapons between organized governments and average people, the speed at which communication can travel and the means by which wealth is generated in society.
Our current natural structure is one that promotes authoritarian governments.
The vaccines represent an additional grab for power in society by the government in order to force obedience in its subjects. Governments and the people with wealth and power to influence government benefited immensely from the covid-19 situation.
Things are going the way of Communism and Nazis; however, it will be different. The people in power now can assume more power without having to use force. Covid-19 is just an example of the tools up their sleeve. We'll continue to see more pressure on citizens by the government so that the government can assume even more wealth and power.
In order to stop this you need to disrupt the system and change the pressures at play in a manner to get whatever outcome you want.
