The entire concept of right wing authoritarianism doesn't even align with what right wing even means.
Personal freedom and responsibility are the opposite of authoritarianism.
You are correct. In either case, left or right, they have to pervert the ideology. What we're getting these days is "left wing" reasons to disarm people because more people in cities happen to be more liberal minded while at the same time more likely to be anti-gun. Under different circumstances, they would use "right wing" talking points to make it happen. (security, anti-terror, anti-crime)
Of course it is! Look at what they are trying to do. They are tireless. Just remember, they will use whatever ideologies work to achieve their goals. They could twist conservative ideals under different circumstances.

Yet do not be fooled. Almost all "Illuminati NWO" death regimes are BOTH far right and far left. Sorta like Acid and alkaline.

Elite; from eligere - "chosen" implies the free will of chocie of those who made the choice. When you say "elite" it translates to "the chosen ones"; which represents you ignoring to be the ONE within ALL with the free will of choice.
They suggest the term "elite" as a mirror for our ignorance over self.

Consent to believe any suggested -ism causes the conflict of reason (true vs false) between believers vs non-believers. That represents the division by suggestion that gives the few control over all conflicts (reason) among the many.
His-story always leaves out the main actor within ALL (flow)...ONEself (form). it is flow the "washes away" form, and our ignorance of ONEs own story for the suggested his-story of others is what allows the few to direct the many by suggestion to wash themselves away through ignorance.
Consenting to suggested identity (black vs white masonic checkerboard) represents ignoring self discernment as being ONE (form) within ALL (flow), which in return causes self destruction through choice of ignorance; which is what the few are masquerading as burned offerings (holocausts) by setting up the conflicts of reason into a fancy us vs them scenario that tricks the many to sacrifice each other; solely based on what they consent to believe.
The sole authority over self (free will of choice) suggested the -ism, and those who use their free will to consent to believe it, then ignore their sole authority for the false authority of those making the suggestion.
Authority and -ism contradict each other, and the parasites tremendously enjoy putting this in our faces with such rhetorical contradictions in terms as "authoritarianism".
