I hate to nitpick but your title is contradicted by the content of your post. All of those places are closed to pubic and tours are suspended until further notice.
All of DC has been closed since inauguration.
The Federal Government, which constitutes the deep state, is being ousted, along with the federal reserve. All assets will be seized, and for the first time in history, the United States will actually exist as a country, and a republic.

The federal government is not closed. DC is not closed. I live in DC. It is closed to the public and tours are suspended until further notice. This is per YOUR post.

The washington monument (in your first video) is indeed currently close as it is 2:21am and that is a live cam. However it along with all the other monuments are open 24 hours a day outside and until 5pm for guided indoor tours. This is irrelavent however because the monuments are not was makes up the federal government. It is thousands of people including the ones flying the helicopters, driving the cars and other various things as you can plainly see in your videos.
The federal government is doing mosly telework these days which partially explains the lack of crowds but also most in the private sector in DC are also teleworking as well. It has been like this since Covid except the monuments are recently reopened. Again, I live here. Most people I know work in directly or indirectly for the federal government. It is up and running. Believe me. The only thing I do no know about is the Federal Reserve which is actually not a part of the federal government.
I can plainly ready the text in your dated irrelevant screenshot as I have pointed out twice already. You either cannot or will not read it yourself. I have purposely not attacked you, but your post and you have done the opposite.
