I do, vividly, because I remember sitting on the coach talking to my wife about it. I have never been vaxxed and I was shocked at the weird, angry slant that was showing up on website ads. But yeah, the coordinated communication tactics started on social media and website ads about 12 years ago.
Same. My mind was blown when I learned about the other side. Last year I was literally making fun of these anti-vax moms that I was watching in a documentary.
According to the CDC, by November 2009, 46 million H1N1 Swine Flu vaccinations had been administered to Americans. That's 15% of the '09 population.
According to the CDC, roughly 45.x% of Americans were vaccinated against Influenza during the 2018-2019 flu seasons.
At present, less than 45% of the U.S. population is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
There was quite a bit of momentum behind questioning potential connections between vaccinations and autism around 2008. It was something of a normal topic in my circles, with close friends noting a significant change in their autistic children post vaccinations. Simply questioning, as parents ought to, the dangers of vaccines was eventually met with a directed effort to silence such.
I could cite many examples, but the anti-vaxxer memes were being created at an alarming rate, long before data could be examined. It was boring, but the echo chamber circle jerks loved everyone of them. The campaign continued, just as the wasted energy increased and was directed against those who simply had concern. Strawmen were introduced over time. The radical thoughts of a few individuals were used to shame everyone who might object to pumping their arms full of unknowns.
I believe there's a connection between the internet mob mentality, anti-vaxxer content, shills, and scamdemics. I do believe that anti-vaxxer shaming began with the agenda of gaining the favor of/for vaccinations. I could cite political alignment and even recent surveys conducted by CNN concerning vaccinations, but one thing is for certain: One particular side shows far more conformance and obedience regarding vaccinations. It is this political side that has been, for the most part, more radical in action these last few years and, in all likelihood, will be used against those who refuse to be vaccinated in the near future. Collectively they will persecute and shame those who make a choice -- for no personal gain, mind you.
All current efforts designed to incentivize individuals to receive a vaccination -- are failing. Mandatory vaccinations, of course, were the next logical step. We're now seeing such in many businesses and colleges.
I can only assume that a new variant will appear, just before the start of the "new flu" season, and those who remain unvaccinated will be blamed. This will result in a lot of bad things for those who refused the "jab."
Rather than eradicate diseases, they've kept them around in labs, in vials, manufactured more of them (even brand new ones), and put them in every baby who is born.
At the same time, strange diseases have been ramping up too. New ones discovered all the time. Autism skyrocketing.
In the next 20 years they will discover most of our chronic allergies, illnesses and STDs are being seeded by vaccines. Check out Shingles, SV-40, autism link, polio vax/HIV link, etc.

Oh man what a difference a year makes.

You are right. 10 years ago they failed with H5N1 scam. "antivaxer" shaming were their solution to those problem...
