How/why do people have adds on your blank tab page?? Mine just has random photos as a background.
I would have dumped Brave ages ago if mine was popping up unwanted adds, getting rid of unwanted ads was one of the main incentives to get the browser...
Part of Brave's model, is that they show you adds but don't aggregate your information, or your eyeball time is rewards with their crypto currency to websites. Sometimes on a new tab I get a wilderness scene or some such, sometimes I get an ad, usually for a bitcoin based credit card.
