I think you need to read that article with a bit more understanding, next sentence says "a these millions are in danger of losing their rights as citizens". It doesn't mean victims as in that they were murdered but that they are victims of political oppression. Simply that there's estimated 5-6 millions of Jews that could be politically oppressed. Now, I'm not pointing this to argue with you and tell you you're wrong, but if you are trying to prove that Holocaust wasn't real, then this article is a pretty poor example.
