I thought it was just Vangaurd and Blackrock.

My apologies for the misunderstanding. Those are management firms that control all the companies. These are City state governments that answer to the Holy See. Blackrock and Vangaurd fall under the City of London's domain of finance.

Though not directly on this topic, the following two video touch base on this:

But it is all the same people isn't it? Just the different hats they wear?

Not really. They all fall under the Holy See, and the contracts they enforce. The above video on War Castles details these contracts, and what they mean for the world.

The “city of London” isn’t the financial capital of the world anymore. The “New York Financial district” has surpassed it in importance.

Motion "runs reality and the rules that define how motion operates define the laws of nature for those within. Those who ignore this are ruled by the laws of men; rules that restrict ONEs actions within ALL; suggested by the few and consented to by the many (through free will of choice).

Vatican City aka 'The Holy See' (an allegory for ALL in motion) represents the industrialization of faith aka consent to suggested fiction in ignorance of reality (motion); which governs through all religions (to bind anew).

The City of London (the usury cartel) aka 'The Crown" (allegory for ONEs free will of choice) represents the industrialization of the devaluation of mankind through the means of money...a suggested substitute value that deceives free will of choice to ignore that evaluation (by free will) represents the highest value in all existence. No value can be higher than evaluation; which is what our free will of choice is for.

Washington DC (military Industrial complex) aka 'the Virginia Company' (an allegory for the untouchable aka virgin; force of ALL motion onto those within) represents the industrialization of control by force; a subsidiary to control by suggestion and used by it as a tool to suggest fear through threat of force.

I should have altered the title. These are "three corporate city states." They are not simply corporations, but self governing entities.

That makes way more sense.

Is this a Sri Lankan article?

It would seem so. I am fairly unfamiliar with sinhalanet myself though. Picked up this link quite some time ago, and have kept it bookmarked ever since.
