It’s white I’ve handled & inspected someone’s real card. White 80lb card stock, about 3” by 4”, and the back image was upside down compared to the front. Like to read the back you would flip it top to bottom not right to left.
But I’ve seen others online that flip right to left so idk if that detail varies from one facility printing it to another.
They say not to carry the actual card and people are encouraged to carry photos of it on their phone due to loss or theft of cards. Just like your tax stamps. ?
The card won’t work, if this is a coordinated plan then you can bet that the vaccines will have luciferase inside them. Meaning a computer will be able to scan the person to see if they indeed had the vaccine. ID2020 will be the nee normal.

Print centered on larger sheet at actual size - not “fit.to paper“ or scaled.
Exacto knife with straight edge or paper.cutter.
