Countless infected people without symptoms will take advantage of these offers and pack themselves into airplanes to exotic destinations in places that have not yet had a sufficient "vaccine" rollout that will be explained away by logistic complications and supply chain disruptions. Even the uninfected passengers will acquire the variants, every one of them a deadly mutation waiting to happen.
It's like gifting innocent people with blankets infected with smallpox, except we're the blankets. The victims will be thankful to have jobs--to be able to provide for their children. If the perpetrators are successful, it will be a genocide of unprecedented scale as they scream "We told you so!" about getting the shots to them.
Having this happen to "undesirables" in developed countries is just a bonus.
Of course I have considered the immune system. What some people are trying to create is an "evolutionary path forward" for a deadly mutation that will kill a high percentage of people who haven't had a shot.
Ordinarily a deadly mutation would kill the host and the few people the host had come in contact with, and so on until the more deadly mutated variant goes extinct. The smart way to inflict mass death among targeted peoples is to give a leaky vaccine to many people to increase the odds of a such a mutation happening before the targeted peoples have had a chance to fully roll out the shots to everyone.
I believe this is based on fairly well-understood science and is the reason for certain aspects of the pandemic getting media coverage.
