I live in Quebec and frequent Ottawa for work... I do have curfew at 8:30 though.. but I'm exempt since I have to "walk my dog"
EDIT: If it wasn't for the curfew i would say that things are getting better... Shortly after Christmas only essential business were open... Everything is open now including malls etc... Bars are closed obviously and resto's are only doing take out or delivery.
