I expect Las Vegas being nuked for fear mongering and nothing else. Either that, or Portland.

Also if they nuke you, they will be losing all of their surveillance structures or FEMA Camps. They do not want this to happen.

They will not be Nuking NYC or California. Even Hiroshima isn't anywhere as important as Tokyo or Osaka.
