OK, they are not banning - they are recommendations based on clinical trial evidence of what is working. A vitamin is not going to be a cure for ill Covid patients. Vit D is preventative eg; bolster your immune system, it's not going to be a 'cure' to treat ill patients. Having said that, HQ + Zinc + Vitamin 'D' has been shown to work in non-clinical trials, so take that for what it's worth. Medicine is part science part money-making so the motives of these 'facts' should be scrutinized by your doctor. Who really knows the motives of these publications.
