All of of a sudden, she passes out....then in a hospital.....brain surgery....oh fuck.... then she has a cancer....?!

That sucks, big time. I've seen some young and healthy people taken out by cancer, and there's never a comforting explanation nor a reasonable explanation. So sorry you and your wife (and others) are going through this.

I have witnessed death in war and dead, stinking, burning human flesh, which no human can ever forget.
But this? WTF?
Gerson method to flush the toxins out; clean water supply (glass containers, sun light disinfection; get filters for distillation); avoid metals (bamboo forks and spoons, cast iron pots (no aluminum); no fluorides (toothpaste; salt etc.); get her into a high altitude (also try diving sessions) and a positive environment (no fictitious stress; but real struggle instead), and no pharmaceuticals (crude oil).
Brain issues before overall body issues sounds like an ignored heritage corruption, so look into her bloodline for behavior issues; exposure to toxins (work; land; chemical access etc.); miscegenation; inbreeding; and research what inspired her to act so noticeably "full of health and vitality" aka "a work out-aholic". Those who train towards goals are usually compensating for something (chasing health to escape sickness).
Another thing...work towards an atmosphere designed around sustaining her health; not one about defeating the sickness (false hope).
