If the laws of nature are immutable; fundamental; unchangeable, then can one use suggestion to trick those within to believe in the laws of men aka rules defined by those within the laws of nature, who trick those who ignore the laws of nature into consenting to self destruction?

Yep; also sleight of hand. They lay the implications of their intent out for all with eyes to see, while clouding it in fiction for the ignorant majority.
