I’ve been actively reducing my endocrine disrupter intake and BPA and phthalates are in fucking everything.
It’s insane how much stuff we have that is killing our testosterone levels. They want us lazy, weak, effeminate, androgynous, emotional, less able to lead, and unable to procreate.
But hey my testosterone levels are definitely going up but damn they make it hard on purpose.
This is probably a general overview one that kinda touches on the major culprits (Link). It’s mostly scents and plastics. So plastic packaging (particularly plastics that get hot food touching them), certain deodorants, certain soaps, certain colognes. Women’s makeup apparently and receipt paper/ink are really bad too.
All those things can kill your testosterone. Literally feminizing you drop by drop.
Buy some Pyrex glass containers for your food storage instead of plastic containers. Put your hot coffee in metal glass or ceramic type containers not plastic and for sure not polystyrene foam containers.
Just avoid hot food+plastic/polystyrene foam predominately. Use phthalates free soaps and deodorant.

Can I ask where you found out what products to avoid?

Anything plastic is a good start
