This is why definitions matter so much. Under the old definition of herd immunity if America had reached herd immunity and Uganda hadn’t it wouldn’t matter because even if an infected Ugandan came to america the virus wouldn’t spread.
However under the new definition, which includes these RNA treatments, populations who have reached “Herd Immunity” can almost all still transmit the virus since they aren’t actually immune (via attenuated virus exposure or having gotten over a real infection) they just “are primed to fight an infection” by the RNA fuckery (supposedly atleast)
