However, The City of London answers to the Bank for International Settlements (BIS - Switzerland). The actual hierarchy is Holy See (Different than the Vatican)->BIS->City of London->IMF->Fed.

That's not a privately held corporation with a net worth. That's just a financial district. Sure money flows through it. But it's no BlackRock, and it holds no financial power, such as the City of London or the Rothschild Banks. You may as well be pointing to the receptionist handing out mints in the lobby.
