That's not a privately held corporation with a net worth. That's just a financial district. Sure money flows through it. But it's no BlackRock, and it holds no financial power, such as the City of London or the Rothschild Banks. You may as well be pointing to the receptionist handing out mints in the lobby.

You do realize that BlackRock is located in the Financial district of New York City? Also, New York’s Financial district holds more financial power than any other place on earth.

The Rockefeller controlled “Chase Bank”
The bank of the federal reserve
The NYSE and NASDAQ stock exchanges
The worlds most powerful banks such as, Jpmorgan, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley to name a few.
That number also includes banks that are in London, and not just banks that are in the “city of London”. Anyway, NYC has 622 Banking offices which is way more than the “city of London” has.
No it doesn’t, it only holds the headquarters for Freemasons in England.
Yes, it has its own local government. But it’s still under Britain’s laws.
They owned it in 1812, but they don’t own it anymore. The British government owns it now, and as I said before, the “city of London” is controlled by England.
