Ok just wanted to make sure it wasn’t just wasn’t fake news stories. Soon I’ll be exposed to sun all day long for years on end so I guess I’ll take precaution.
Your risk of skin cancer depends on your genes and your health. Some people are at no risk at all. I don't know much about the science, but I do know sunlight is the freest and most natural source of vitamin D, which you need. Like all health related things, it needs to be consumed in the right amount. Too little or too much causes problems, skin cancer being one of them.
If you're worried about your skin cancer risk, talk to a local doctor.
Look up how sunscreen causes cancer.
Here’s how they do it in Europe on the beach:
Long sleeves and hats and/or alternating shade and
Sunshine. 30 mins under a parasol with hat and glasses, 30 minutes in the water/sun... repeat and repeat. If you’re riding a motorcycle in a wifebeater for 30 years straight, ya might get skin cancer! Diet and genetics of course play a role.
The sun represents inspiration for ones free will of choice to comprehend ones responsibility over the balance between choice to of adherence to need and choice of ignorance for want. One learns through demanded adaptation when the need for life becomes a want for death, at which points the responsibility over self through choice becomes apparent.
Motion gives life, and motion takes life within balance, while the choice of adherence or ignorance is on each ONE within balance. That being said...consider sungazing at sunrise and sunset, whenever the opportunity arises.
I actually do. He was a motorcycle police officer. Always in the sun. Spread to lymphatic system.
A friend of mine had a pre-cancerous mole removed, and I personally am at high risk for skin cancer. It's real.
