Stay inside & out of the sun. Use sunscreen. Anyone personally know anyone who died from skin cancer? I don’t. We’ve all become vampire-like. (www.voxnature.com)

Ok just wanted to make sure it wasn’t just wasn’t fake news stories. Soon I’ll be exposed to sun all day long for years on end so I guess I’ll take precaution.

Your risk of skin cancer depends on your genes and your health. Some people are at no risk at all. I don't know much about the science, but I do know sunlight is the freest and most natural source of vitamin D, which you need. Like all health related things, it needs to be consumed in the right amount. Too little or too much causes problems, skin cancer being one of them.

If you're worried about your skin cancer risk, talk to a local doctor.
