Litvinienko death because of KGB decision is official version,but there are sources he were cooperating with Mossad and Russian Mafia,and it there is suggestion he was smuggling radioactives. Maybe it is just russian fake inserted into the net and press,maybe not. Putin lost because of those spectacular death but really Litvinienko case and "Scripal case" (target alive,target family alive, and Navalny case (Don't died in Russian hospital after attack of Russian intelligence ?) suggest extreme incompetence of Russian intelligence.
