I’ve been watching Rob Braxman privacy videos lately. Check out his videos if you’re interested, he’s on all the tubes. One key thing that he’s made me realize:

If you’re worried about Big Tech (or them giving your info to federal agencies), one of the big problems with android and apple phones is that they both make you have an identity to use the phone - your Apple ID or Google account. This is the central identity on your phone and the apps that you download are all tied to that identity. Your credit card and therefore your name and address is tied to that identity.

We have to get away from using devices that force us to have a centralized identity. If you still want a smart phone, the way around this is either a de-googled phone or a Linux phone- Pinephone or Librephone.

Yeah I found him a few days after the 6th too. Surprisingly he popped up as a YouTube recommendation. That made me initially very skeptical and I thought he might be honeypot, but everything that he has been saying in his videos makes complete sense and is independently verifiable. I think the only way he could be honeypot would be through his VPN service, but I find that doubtful.

Your IP leads straight to your house. Make friends with your local cable splicers.

Get a metal box to store smart devices in when not in use. Keep that in your truck, so you activate your phone away from the house. Those cheap burner clamshells are disappearing from stores. Find one and pay as you go.

I’m not a huge trump fanatic, I can just see fraud in the numbers. And the media. And with our currencies. And in the fact that Biden was supposedly more popular than Obama.

I need it for work. But now that I think about it, I'm gonna turn it off when not in use.

Ah, that's right. I remember how Snowden would force people to put it in the fridge or something when being interviewed.

Damn.

Well, it's something. I already have location services always off unless I'm using it to travel with a Apple maps. And I have no social media apps on it.

The Phone equals to the Mark of the Beast.

The Mark of the Beast is ALREADY there.

The mark of the Beast is the Internet. Think about it. I know you do not have a mark but you cannot buy or sell just as written...

Plus there are some numerology theories about the letter W (as in WWW) having Vau as its equivalent in Hebrew which has the numerical value of 6.

This is very true. What are you using right now, if I may ask. Should we not just discontinue the internet altogether?

No, we need it to coordinate our information. W/o the internet, you know how difficult it would be to pool our collective resources and intellect to investigate things? This is why whenever there is an uprising is shithole-istan, like in the Arab Spring, they shut off the internet. It's partially why the lockdowns went on through the election, to keep Trump supporters from organizing.

We can't be monks.

So this guy Rob Braxman says the same on this here https://lbry.tv/@RobBraxmanTech:6/Beating-Big-Tech-at-Their-Own-Game!-(Solutions-to-Censorship,-Surveillance,-Information-Restriction):d

Do not ditch the Internet. Just effin' confuse BigTech with the data you send.

This guy has opened my eyes since the Parler debacle...

The biggest thing I realized lately (I know I am slow) is that I can log out of every website and still get access to its content.

More so it is the apps that provide extensive tracking. Somehow people forgot that the apps are an (optimised) alternative to a browser. Ditch your apps. use the web and put shortcuts on your desktop (Gab is doing that).

On an Android phone once you logged in with a Google account and download any apps you need (best to choose F Droid tbh) you can log out of your Google account and disable everything on the settings (Store, Play, the lot). It's a pain in the ass to get the constant notifications that you cannot by pass but the phone is still working both having an Internet access as well being a ...phone !

Even on Windows 10 you can log out of Microsoft. I thought it was compulsory to sign in with your MS account.

You can do all these at no expense to you right now.
