They don't care when they still can't dine. 25 percent is exclusive. It excludes them. Until they are vaccinated. Then it still excludes them because 25 percent capacity means they are out of business.
Seriously what staff can you pay. When you cannot fill the restaurant or diner but you still gotta pay the rent.
Meanwhile the 25 percent capacity is booked out months in advance. Later it eases for vaccinated.
For my particular restaurant job, we seem to be doing fine, thanks to the online ordering that has increased as a result of the restrictions. Though I live in Denver, it’s probably different outside of the city.
Some servers are out of a job as a result but the chefs and restaurant itself are doing okay.
Without online sales they have had to forclose unless fully owned. Not indebt. Or franchises.

I am talking about restaurants. 25 percent capacity is staff axed. Exclusive places have gotten far more exclusive. Imagine trying to get a seat in the steakhouse, fully booked. 25 percent capacity. Many places have been closing. Although many arent as bad as barbers, bars, beautricans, and sports centers. Lockdowns that ease and then restrict have cost so many jobs and forced more debt, much more debt.
