In Russia Central Bank is a private company with literally "undefined type of ownership". You could check it by Central Bank tax payer number 7702235133. The owner/owners are officially "unknown" due to "undefined type of ownership". Also, the Russian laws about Central Bank specifically emphasize that it does not obey to the government and completely independent organization. Central Bank of Russian Federation follow only IMF orders and recomendations according to agreement with IMF.
So, with very high probability, that unknown owner/owners are connected to or that world bankers themselves.
The context that this world is divided by two kinds -- the nations owned by Rothschild Bank (or World Bank Group) and the nations free from said bank -- was collapsed and became irrelevant, when
(1) China became a member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) with the endorsement from the globalists, and (2) Viktor Gerashchenko and his backers have effectively changed the Central Bank of Russia into a private entity which was initiated during the 1993 national referendum.
(And sadly, it's been a while since Bolivia and Cuba became just insignificant enough.)

Iran have wealthy "tribe" members who actually control it, it is not in opposition to the tribe in any shape or form.
