So basically they have been pushing their global warming bullshit since the gas crisis of the 70’s.

Earlier. They called it "global cooling" before.

We were heading toward an ice age then, then warming, now I think it’s just a general “weather will change” stupidity

Pretty much, yes.

The video mentioned pollution, not global warming or cooling. Pollution and the destruction of the Amazon, coral reefs, etc is alarming. In India some lakes can be set ablaze! Pollution in places such as India and China are terrible! Ideally improving over here however.

We are also producing so much trash. And the amount of PLASTIC everywhere! Whether global WarMiNg or CoOlInG is this or that... The pollution and destruction of many of our beautiful Earth's lands and waters is undeniable.

We want the clearest water. The cleanest rivers and luscious forests. That ain't an agenda to me.

That's right, the climate change people have done way more harm that good, harping on and on about C02.

Also take note of the mention of the club of rome towards the begining of the video

What's Club of Rome?

4
VaccinesCauseSIDS 4 points ago +4 / -0

The Club of Rome invented and/or hyped the concept of man made global warming for the purpose of ushering in world government.

Problem? Reaction! Solution!

Is it really a prediction when our crisis was planned from the start?

2
isenditback [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

i think the takeaway from the video is that the club of rome sponsered this research in the 70s, and it came to the conclusion that our way of life was unsustainable. you have to assume they have continued to comission research into projecting the fate of the world ever since and have a reason to be so interested in such projections

This is World One system dynamics simulation (Not a prediction) by Jay Forrester and the subsequent report by Dennis Meadows. All of their different world simulations end up turning for the worse c. 2020-2060.

Yes, it was funded by Club of Rome.

If you want to study the modeling more, go to YT (sic) and listen to esp. Jay Forrester lectures.
