Have you noticed that the basically almighty three letter agencies seem to be completely absent? We know they are capable of overthrowing entire regimes. So where are they while BLM mobs burn down their own cities or their own capitol is stormed?
I propose the theory that this apparent chaos is not chaos at all but in fact a very well planned and executed strategy.
The problem: a group you want out (BLM).
The solution: you give them all kind of special privileges (overrepresentation in media, they are allowed to loot and riot, etc.)
The result: everybody will hate them more and more and you can sit back and fan the flames until that group is driven out. Additionally people are so occupied with this conflict that all attention is taken away from you and you can operate undisturbed.

The final level is to comprehend that ALL information is predefined, so whatever ONE within ALL is communicating with other ONEs about, isn't about creating information, but about using inspiration in adherence to source of information, to increases ONEs comprehension about what ALL means.
If one cannot comprehend the last point made, one should ask oneself this...if ONE cannot use his consciousness to create new information without getting inspired by ALL around oneself, then how can one define "truth" or false" within predefined information?

Question how information is being communicated to all existence? Through motion as inspiration to the senses. Now consider how the act of gathering; of memorizing; of upholding; of affixing information within a flow of information contradicts itself?
One fully comprehends that ones inception defines ones death as being set into motion, so one cannot hold onto anything; only use everything temporarily. Motion demands adaptation for balance, and the consciousness represents the tool for constant adaptation to constant motion.
Now what do we base most of our mental reasoning on? Definitions based on words. Our ego; our internal monologue is based on words, yet nature does not communicate its information through words; brands; affixed assumptions, because motion would disprove meaning. What are words? An affixed contradiction to motion; a fiction within reality, based on ONEs free will of choice to ignore adherence to self sustenance within ALL.

It is already set into motion, which is why it demands adaptation from us. Stand still and all your needs will be taught to you through motion (water; food, shelter). Don't want to wait? Stop breathing to quickly learn who's in charge...ONE or ALL?
The communication between ALL (potentiality) and each ONE (potential) within is based on perception through motion, but there's also ONEs comprehension about what ALL means, which is a responsibility of ONE within ALL, and it is based on ONEs free will of choice to either adhere or ignore the offered flow of information (through motion).
Comprehension requires adherence to self sustenance (ones needs); while ignorance (ones wants) leads to self restriction of comprehension, because what can one ignore all for? Beliefs; self imposed assumptions that ignore motion. All our reasoning is based on beliefs, because we reason about the definition of words, which nature did not offer us.
Other ONEs offer us the definitions of words, and we consent to them, which gives them control over us, because we base our actions on our beliefs, which are based on the definitions others are defining.

If you understand that "words" are fictitious idols defined by the offer of others, while being upheld by ones own consent, then that fiction creates a unity about the definition of reality within ones mind. All ones memories are now based on fiction, while ignoring reality, and it is that very ignorance that allows a few to control the many who ignore ALL.
As for the alphabet agencies I don't get the impression that they are designed to produce a unity of information.
Comprehend that ALL is the source of all predefined information; not another ONE offering one a contract of belief in exchange for ones consent by believing; not believing it.
What all of society is designed to do is offer fiction in exchange for consent by ones free will of choice through believing; not believing the definitions of reality offered by others. They exploited human ignorance to set themselves up as a substitute source of information based on offering "words"..."In the beginning was the word..." and if one consents to "word", then the ones who made the offer gain the power to act "in the name of" (In Nomine) the word; the brand; the idol.
The allegory for this form of mind control is the "golem"; the monster out of clay; controlled from outside. The contract of belief exploits offer/consent under the laws of nature.
Their briefs and methods are distinct by design.
They all can act independently, because they all follow the same intent...maintaining fiction to prevent comprehension of reality; to prevent the finite ONE to comprehend his potential within the infinite ALL. And since a few cannot keep tabs on each ONE; this is all about mass suggestion through the conflict of belief. They are playing a game of odds here.

Each ONE is in coexistence within ALL (energy in motion). A few can only "control" the power that ALL (and each ONE within) represents, if the majority ignores adherence to self sustenance, whcih is what consent by free will to the offer made by the free will of another one causes...ignorance of self for false authority under another.
Ones free will of choice represents ones sole authority over ones own actions, which represents ones responsibility to all other ones, because the consequences of ones actions represent the ever changing circumstances we all need to adapt to.

All operating within a chain of command, which represents a world wide caste system based on consent to the contract of belief. Everyone within a chain of command consents to the false authority of those above (while ignore their own free will of choice), which corrupt behavior to kissing up, while kicking down to advance.
This isn't about participants following an agenda; it's a corruption of ignoring self which leads to a self sustaining agenda, because the higher one ventures within the chain of command, the more unified the intent becomes...keep the exploitation going or face the consequences from all those below ones position.
The chain of command is not just a world wide caste system, but also a pyramid scheme,and it requires very little outside intervention to be wholesale exploited (incentives like money, blackmail, access to information; or empty promises).
