You refer to natural opposites, which are defined by each others coexistence within motion, but when you use "height" to define hierarchy, based on consent to offered -ism, then you put fiction and reality against each other. Ones consent to a contract of belief offered by another represents ignorance of self. The free will of choice represents ONEs sole authority over self within ALL offered, so hierarchy is fundamental...the motion of energy defines all existence within it and the resulting balance within motion (momentum) creates the need for free will of choice for the ones within.
Anyway, the highest authority over all existence is motion, and the highest authority within motion is ones sole authority over self...the free will of choice to either adhere or ignore self sustenance. Consenting to an -ism represents ignorance.

Energy is the source of all information (potentiality), and energy creates motion, which represents the loss of potentiality, then motion creates temporary momentum (balance), which is the resistance to motion, for which ALL potentiality has to segregate itself into individual ONE potential to allow the act of balance within itself.
So segregation of differences, to inspire senses to adhere to self sustenance, represents a foundation within motion.
Still they can be given a lot of power by the system.
The beast system is a world wide caste system called "the chain of command" based on the contract of belief (the offer to trick one to consent to ignore self in favor for the false authority of another one). Those within this caste system don't question those positioned above them, which corrupts behavior into kissing up; while kicking down to advance. The higher one climbs the more unified the agenda becomes...keep the exploitation going or faces the consequences from those below. It is a pyramid scheme and it is self sustaining...selfishness breeding more selfishness, while destroying themselves.
The all seeing eye allegory doesn't represent the highest rank within that pyramid scheme (there's no place on top of a pyramid), but represents those observing the self destruction of the selfish, while feeding them incentive temptations to mislead the strive towards death.
All of society is that beast system; designed to tempt the selfish to consent to ignorance over adherence to self sustenance, which is the only way for a few to control the many within the coexistence of energy in motion. The power they wield represents the power the majority ignores to use.
I do sometimes reflect on how is impossible for an individual to hold this kind of power, but it's easy for that kind of power to hold many individuals.
