The word 'Guidance' keeps popping up wherever the global agenda is at work. It seems to me like it's some sort of newspeak to avoid being specific or binding enough so that whoever used it is not legally liable for what they say, specifically politicians and government bureaucrats.

You see it with the various SOS, governors and election officials who issued guidance that facilitated their fraud.

You see it all over the world wherever governments are issuing 'Guidance' in regards to the wu flu and social distancing.

For as long as I can remember Guidance was something your parents did like telling you to do your homework or not do drugs. I've never seen it used so loosely before. Any thoughts?
