If the republican super majority of the Supreme Court, including people who would never be there if it wasn’t personally for trump, wont go anywhere near trumps cases for the same reasons they haven’t made headway anywhere else, then maybe you need to recalibrate your expectations. Otherwise, you’re just slowly stabbing yourself to death with Occam’s razor.

Ok. To which court are you referring? The US Supreme Court, or judge Judy? Let’s get specific.
The highest court available to you. A thief has stolen something from you. You go to the court you have established in your society. And that court is either full of criminals or intimidated by the criminals to do nothing. What do you do? You, personally. What would you do?
What if it wasn’t stolen from just me though? What if it was stolen from me and my twin? Except I was sure it was stolen. And my twin was sure it wasn’t stolen. And the evidence i had of the crime wasn’t good enough plus the judge didn’t even think it was evidence. So in the end, I never knew if that thing was actually stolen, or if it was even mine to begin with.
