Ive been looking into this phenomenon also. This same flight also leave Uvalde to make one stop at SAMMC military hospital before returning where it left from. Meanwhile, tail number "N383AM", appears to be working in and out of Uvalde until at least 7 PM

The only 2 people in that video NOT running for their lives and still giving direction are those 2 FBI agents... just saying. And they are directing people NOT to run the opposite direction. Seems sus to me... but could just be the FBI on their jackets

This story confirms 2 treated at SAMMC, so I am inclined to believe these 2 may have been transported by this helicopter that arrived so conveniently ahead of schedule.
