  • They are tapering out of Loan Servicing and Correspondence as a service to the mortgage industry

  • They are refocusing (those capabilities) on lending internally to their retail bank customers.

For "justice timeline" reference..

  • 1953 drug introduced by CIBA as tranquilizer, they later ditch it (((reasons)))

  • 1954 Nazi-founded Gruenthal picks up the drug

  • 1955 expanded use (as Contergan) begins - allowing rx for anxiety, morning sickness,etc

  • 1961 pulled due to safety concerns / adverse effects

  • 1968 criminal trials begin

  • 1970 (December) Trial ends finding "no guilt"

FWIW -- appears that US FDA still had first generation foundational employees back then who prevented the drug from (legally) being marketed to US.
