If you watch him actually signing the EOs, there is no pause for him to place periods in the signature. Doesn't seem the signatures match what is on video by the motion of his pen.

I agree with the font and would be cool to add something along this line. Just like the letter "I" in the example below. Same font as you have but a tweak on a letter.
It’s a sink hole.you can see the grass slipper into hole the the multiple conduits can be seen routine from sidewalk and created the outage to the hospital. Simple street sign sign lay on top layers.

First chance I have had to view this video and it’s obvious this was fake or altered.
