Well ever since they started talking about "cyberpandemics" in the run up to the conference (to implant the "threat" in the public mind) - there has been an ever more frequent spate of attacks.
Tbh its hard to know exactly when the "game-changing" attacks will happen, but likely within 6-15 months. I'm really not sure. But if power grid etc hit, expect looting and nastiness to make the public clamour to lose their rights to return to "normality". Get some basic ration packs, if you can. Ive also printed out some "how-to" guides on various topics - seemed like a good idea.
