Canadian General Trevor Kadier was arrested while trying to escape from the territory of Azovstal in Mariupol, media and bloggers reported. According to reports, the general was in charge of biolaboratory No. 1, where 18 people worked with deadly viruses. Kadier was taken to Moscow, where he will stand trial, the 360 channel reports . Twitter users suggested that if the general was caught, they would test new medications on him as punishment. Earlier it was reported that Azovstal has a mercenary general who is in touch with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. Recall that 101 people, including women and children, were evacuated from the territory of the Azovstal plant in Mariupol, they were taken to Bezymennoe in the Donetsk People's Republic . According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, on April 30, 46 people left the territory of Azovstal and nearby houses, and on May 1, another 80 civilians were rescued from the territory of the plant. It is noted that those who came out on April 30 voluntarily decided to stay in the DPR. Earlier, a man who left the plant reported that at least 300 civilians continue to remain on the territory of Azovstal.
The VZGLYAD newspaper wrote that in addition to nationalists, high-ranking representatives of the command of NATO countries may be at the Azovstal plant in Mariupol .
Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered not to storm the last stronghold of Ukrainian nationalists in Mariupol (Azovstal), but instructed to block it so that “a fly does not fly”.

The Power Elite by sociologist C. Wright Mills, in which Mills calls attention to the interwoven interests of the leaders of the military, corporate, and political elements of society and suggests that the ordinary citizen is a relatively powerless subject of manipulation by those entities. The book is something of a counterpart of Mills' 1951 work, White Collar: The American Middle Classes, which examines the then-growing role of middle managers in American society. A main inspiration for the book was Franz Leopold Neumann's book Behemoth: The Structure and Practice of National Socialism in 1942, a study of how Nazism came into a position of power in a democratic state like Germany. Behemoth had a major impact on Mills. According to Mills, the eponymous "power elite" are those that occupy the dominant positions, in the dominant institutions (military, economic and political) of a dominant country. Their decisions (or lack thereof) have enormous consequences, not only for the Americans but, "the underlying populations of the world." The institutions which they head, Mills posits, are a triumvirate of groups that have succeeded weaker predecessors: "two or three hundred giant corporations" which have replaced the traditional agrarian and craft economy, a strong federal political order that has inherited power from "a decentralized set of several dozen states" and "now enters into each and every cranny of the social structure," and the military establishment, formerly an object of "distrust fed by state militia," but now an entity with "all the grim and clumsy efficiency of a sprawling bureaucratic domain." Importantly, and as distinct from modern American conspiracy theory, Mills explains that the elite themselves may not be aware of their status as an elite, noting that "often they are uncertain about their roles" and "without conscious effort, they absorb the aspiration to be... The Ones Who Decide." Nonetheless, he sees them as a quasi-hereditary caste. The members of the power elite, according to Mills, often enter into positions of societal prominence through educations obtained at eastern establishment universities like Harvard, Princeton, and Yale. But, Mills notes, "Harvard or Yale or Princeton is not enough... the point is not Harvard, but which Harvard?" Mills identifies two classes of Ivy League alumni, those were initiated into an upper echelon fraternity such as the Harvard College social clubs of Porcellian or Fly Club, and those who were not. Those so initiated, Mills continues, receive their invitations based on social links first established in elite private preparatory academies, where they were enrolled as part of family traditions and family connections. In this manner, the mantle of the elite is generally passed down along familial lines over the generations. The resulting elites, who control the three dominant institutions (military, economy and political system) can be generally grouped into one of six types, according to Mills: the "Metropolitan 400": members of historically notable local families in the principal American cities, generally represented on the Social Register "Celebrities": prominent entertainers and media personalities the "Chief Executives": presidents and CEOs of the most important companies within each industrial sector the "Corporate Rich": major landowners and corporate shareholders the "Warlords": senior military officers, most importantly the Joint Chiefs of Staff the "Political Directorate": "fifty-odd men of the executive branch" of the U.S. federal government, including the senior leadership in the Executive Office of the President, sometimes variously drawn from elected officials of the Democratic and Republican parties but usually professional government bureaucrats Mills formulated a very short summary of his book: "Who, after all, runs America? Major Murphy says very clearly that DARPA researchers concluded by April 2020 that Ivermectin and HCQ were effective against all stages of Covid.

Parts of the Federal Govt are withholding vital information including that DARPA had shown in early 2020 that ivermectin and HCQ were effective against all stages of Covid

The reason the disease is so confusing is because it is less a virus than it is engineered spike proteins hitch-hiking a ride on a SARSr-CoV quasispecies swarm. The closer it is to the final live attenuated vaccine form, the more likely that it has been deattenuating since initial escape in August 2019.
The gene-encoded, or “mRNA,” vaccines work poorly because they are synthetic replications of the already-synthetic SARSr-CoV-WIV synthetic spike proteins and possess no other epitopes. The mRNA instructs the cells to produce synthetic copies of the SARSr-CoV-WIV synthetic spike protein directly into the bloodstream, wherein they spread and produce the same ACE2 immune storm that the recombinant vaccine does. Many doctors in the country have identified that the symptoms of vaccine reactions mirror the symptoms of the disease, which corroborates with the similar synthetic nature and function of the respective spike proteins.
The vaccine recipient has no defense against the bloodstream entry, but their nose protects them from the recombinant spike protein quasispecies during “natural infection” (better termed as aerosolized inoculation).
Ivermectin (identified as curative in April 2020) works throughout all phases of illness because it both inhibits viral replication and modulates the immune response. Of note, chloroquine phosphate (Hydroxychloroquine, identified April 2020 as curative) is identified in the (2018 EchoHealth Funding application to DARPA) proposal as a SARSr-CoV inhibitor, as is interferon (identified May 2020 as curative).
A technological challenge as difficult as inoculating bats in China would be tried at DARPA first. The massive, “Manhattan Project”-level of information suppression executed by the government and the Trusted News Initiative indicates that it would be covered-up if something bad happened. The lab-leak hypothesis and squabbling between Senator Paul and Dr. Fauci indicated that the cover up was more localized. Further, an actual cover-up would be more disciplined with its paperwork. So, I presumed that unclassified files would be concealed on a higher network and found them where I expected them to be. I understood what they were and their content, pushed the files off-site, and compiled this report.

Major Murphy states clearly that in 2018 HCQ was indentified by Ecohealth as an effective coronavirus treatment in its DARPA funding application which was turned down by DARPA for the gain of function risks.
He also says that by early 2020 DARPA had identified HCQ, Ivermectin as effective against all stages of Covid. DARPA identified other drugs around the same time

NIH EchoHealth funding has not been properly disclosed or if the bat vaccine was developed as originally set out and if so what happened to the bat vaccine

He also explains why the vaccines do not work. No one has set out why this is not correct - this may be more subjective but he then goes on to state that the data he has seen leads him and those who have advised him to believe the vaccines are toxic and dangerous as they create the same effects as the virus and go on producing these spikes around the whole body.

Major Murphy surprisingly gave a statement to Project Veritas when asked about his DARPA work and submissions to a DoD Insoector General. While he would not discuss the report he made a statement that expressed strong support for disclisure of the truth and that there were people both in and out of government actively working for truthful disclosure.
