Exposing yourself to mythologies.. content... stimulus... that will push you right back into your entire persona... core structure can actually have an at least temporary positive effect. Sometimes I wonder if those that were keeping everything together for us.. they left so many excellent movies and mythos for us to look to... to be inspired by... as a sort of time capsule to assist in bringing ourselves out of this stupor these parasites induce. (We can all agree wtf happened to movies? Remember when you left feeling better about yourself?)
For example... watch an old family movie... an old video with your mate...Watch one of the movies up above..watch an apocalyptic movie. Anything to disrupt the lullaby and assist your psyche into regaining full control (this of course with anti parasiticals). I made myself a video montage. It can relate to core structure you may not feel as much, it can relate to something that really engages your emotions and inspires you, it can relate to the idea that you're boiling in a pot and watching something that puts your mind in such a place will help awaken you to what is transpiring around us.

side note: I bet almost all of you have a higher empathy response than normal. If we take a spectrum of parasitical control on the mind of the host, the one's who take much longer, the nuts much harder to crack... they have more empathy response. Do you notice how decision makers seem to have psychosis? I believe 60% of Fortune 500 have a form of Psychosis. It is not a coincidence. We the empathetic, are much harder to break because our psyche is built much more robustly. However, as time progresses these parasites will slowly break us down into psychosis too.

Edit; Also wanted to add a new thought... Think about how we have all read the reports.. that the elites must first sacrifice someone they really care about or hurt a child or even both...What this would do is break your psyche / core structure and immediately increase your parasitic vulnerability at a very high degree.
