Where any dispute, that leads nowhere, is actually pinned at the start of the page, so a final solution to the dispute can be found. Not only that, but such a post would serve to conclude a difficult topic, and potentially be archived for future reoccurrence of this topic, where you can simply paste the link to this dispute, and educate someone on the grand conclusion. (I had this idea because I don't trust myself with banning, so any dispute will be solved in the comments, by the people in the forum.)
The ideas shared are for any moderator to consider them, that's why I shared them.

E.g.: There is a user, even under this post, that so far has written 7 different comments (under the same post) accumulating the total of +8/-40 votes for his comments (remembering that every comment has a +1 once you post it, so only 1 person upvoted his own comment, or his own alt, who's to say? So, more clearly, +1/-40 votes). And he wished for a user to k*ll himself...
Only one other user before has wished for another to k*ll himself, and used it frequently. I would bet that's his alt account, and who knows how many others...
How would you deal with such a person?
I will add just one thing, I exposed several shill accounts in here, some even left when I exposed them, but the mod (clemaneuverers at the time), decided that such posts shouldn't be written anymore... Some still echo this idea with comments like "staaaaahp with the call out posts"...
