I use the yard to grow several varieties of dandelions. The leaves are great. I have a purple stem variant that is particularly good. Like its cousin, chicory, the roots can be dried and ground to make a coffee substitute. I haven't tried dandelion wine yet, but I might this year.

I raise soldier fly larvae for my livestock.... so I can eat the livestock, not the worms. SMH...
